A dedicated space where creative expression and mindfulness meet to foster mental health and well-being. With 8 years of experience, we have been using a wide range of art modalities, including visual arts, music, movement, drama, storytelling, and poetry, to inspire healing, growth, and resilience in individuals and communities.

At Sankalpam, we recognize that mental well-being is about more than just therapy—it’s about creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for all. That’s why we combine these creative practices with mindfulness techniques like deep listening and silence, ensuring that our spaces nurture reflection, self-awareness, and connection.

Our work extends to diverse groups, from communities and educational institutions to projects specifically designed for both adults and adolescents. We are passionate about making mental health support available to those who need it most.

Sankalpam is a collective born out of a shared intention. A few individuals, each with their own unique skills and backgrounds, have come together with the deep purpose of creating safe and brave spaces for meaningful conversations, personal explorations, healing journeys, and the building of resilience.

We strongly believe that while training is important, lived experiences and the wisdom gained from them are equally valuable. Our approach reflects this, blending professional expertise with the richness of real-life insights, making Sankalpam a compassionate, creative space for all who enter.
