We offer Trust Circles for adolescents—a monthly space for young people to express and explore their emotions openly. Whether offline or virtual, these circles bring together 8-10 participants in a safe, brave, and non-judgmental environment.
For the past 5-6 years, we’ve created these circles as a compassionate space where adolescents can engage in honest conversations, even about the uncomfortable topics that are often difficult to discuss elsewhere. Here, trust is central, and every voice is valued.
The Trust Circles that run for 1.5 hrs are designed to help participants build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and form meaningful connections with peers. Each session is held with care, fostering an atmosphere of understanding and deep listening. Participants engage in various art modalities, discussions, activties to explore different topics. They listen to each other, learn from their peers and also form trusting bonds.
We offer personal therapy and counseling sessions designed specifically for adults. These sessions provide a safe and brave space where you can explore your emotions, challenges, and personal growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Our approach is client-centric, utilizing art-therapy modalities alongside trauma-informed and queer-friendly practices. We deeply believe in the power of deep listening to foster healing and understanding.
We honor your culture, belief systems, and spiritual practices, ensuring that our sessions are culturally sensitive and informed by your unique experiences. When you’re ready, we gently introduce elements of play, inner child work, and deeper emotional exploration to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Our adolescent therapy sessions at Sankalpa begin with co-creating achievable goals, ensuring that each young person feels actively involved in their journey. These sessions offer a safe and brave space where adolescents can explore their feelings and experiences openly, supported by a client-centric, trauma-informed, and queer-friendly approach.
We use art-therapy modalities and deep listening, creating a space that honors not only the culture and belief systems of the families but also respects the adolescent’s unique journey through physical, psychological, identity, and relationship changes.
